Game Assets

I’ve wanted to create video games since I was given I believe it was a Tandy and a book full of code to create games to play. I don’t remember if I got any of those games to work (or if that thing even worked correctly) but I remember the wonder I felt at trying to follow the code and create something with it. With Nintendo making the developer kit affordable for indie developers it seems like now is an excellent time to try. So I got in contact with someone over at Fuze and have been working on creating game assets for what looks like  will be a really cool Nintendo Switch game development app. I didn’t realize it would be so difficult making character portraits or time consuming! I find I don’t really enjoy making them at the moment but am having a lot more fun with the backgrounds. All excellent experience though. I hope to post some of what I’ve been working on soon.
